Por las consideraciones anteriormente expuestas, éste Juzgado Segundo de Primera Instancia de Juicio del Trabajo de la Circunscripción Judicial del Estado Sucre, Administrando Justicia, actuando en Nombre de la República Bolivariana de Venezuela y por Autoridad de la Ley, declara: PRIMERO: SIN LUGAR el recurso contencioso administrativo de nulidad interpuesta por los ciudadano EDUARDO LUIS BECERRA CAMPOS, WIMER RAFAEL BEJARANO BRITO, JOSE GREGORIO BARRIOS GOMEZ, ANGEL LUIS DE LA ROSA DE LA ROSA, LORENZO JOSE DELGADO CAMPOS, JESUS JOSE FLORES VALLERA, CARLOS JOSE LUNAR FRANCO, JOSE LUIS JIMENEZ CORDOBA, LUIS EDUARDO MARQUEZ, JORGE LUIS MAESTRE PAZO, MARCO ANTONIO PERDOMO HIDROGO, CARLOS EDUARDO RAMIREZ RONDON, ALEXANDER RAFAEL URBANEJA RAMIREZ, DANIEL JOSE URBANEJA GONZALEZ y FIDEL JOSE VELASQUEZ RIVAS, venezolanos, mayores de edad y titulares de la cedula de identidad Nº V- 8.438.681, V- 14.008.262, V- 12.663.694, V-10.569.659, V-18.777.431, V-16.703.319, V- 13.597.614, V-19.762.74.....
