Por los razonamientos antes expuestos, este JUZGADO SEGUNDO DE PRIMERA INSTANCIA EN LO CIVIL, MERCANTIL, AGRARIO, DEL TRANSITO Y BANCARIO DEL PRIMER CIRCUITO JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO SUCRE, Administrando Justicia en Nombre de la República Bolivariana de Venezuela y por Autoridad de la Ley, declara CON LUGAR la INHIBICIÓN propuesta por la DRA. NANCY BLANCO MATAMOROS, en su carácter de Jueza Titular del JUZGADO DE LOS MUNICIPIOS SUCRE Y CRUZ SALMERON ACOSTA DEL PRIMER CIRCUITO JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO SUCRE, en fecha cinco de octubre del presente año (05/10/2006), en el juicio que por RESOLUCION DE CONTRATO DE ARRENDAMIENTO sigue el ciudadano EDUARDO ENRIQUE MEDINA MATA contra los ciudadanos EZZI OUSAMAH y CARLOS JOSE MENDOZA.

Por los razonamientos antes expuestos, este JUZGADO SEGUNDO DE PRIMERA INSTANCIA EN LO CIVIL, MERCANTIL, AGRARIO, DEL TRANSITO Y BANCARIO DEL PRIMER CIRCUITO JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO SUCRE, Administrando Justicia en Nombre de la República Bolivariana de Venezuela y por Autoridad de la Ley, declara CON LUGAR la INHIBICIÓN propuesta por la DRA. NANCY BLANCO MATAMOROS, en su carácter de Jueza Titular del JUZGADO DE LOS MUNICIPIOS SUCRE Y CRUZ SALMERON ACOSTA DEL PRIMER CIRCUITO JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO SUCRE, en fecha cinco de octubre del presente año (05/10/2006), en el juicio que por DECRETO DE MULTA Y ARRESTO sigue la INSPECTORIA DEL TRABAJO DEL ESTADO SUCRE contra los ciudadanos MICHEL RENE JORDAN.

Por los razonamientos antes expuestos, este JUZGADO SEGUNDO DE PRIMERA INSTANCIA EN LO CIVIL, MERCANTIL, AGRARIO, DEL TRANSITO Y BANCARIO DEL PRIMER CIRCUITO JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO SUCRE, Administrando Justicia en Nombre de la República Bolivariana de Venezuela y por Autoridad de la Ley, declara CON LUGAR la INHIBICIÓN propuesta por la DRA. NANCY BLANCO MATAMOROS, en su carácter de Jueza Titular del JUZGADO DE LOS MUNICIPIOS SUCRE Y CRUZ SALMERON ACOSTA DEL PRIMER CIRCUITO JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO SUCRE, en fecha cinco de octubre del presente año (05/10/2006), en el juicio que por RESOLUCION DE CONTRATO DE ARRENDAMIENTO sigue el ciudadano EDUARDO ENRIQUE MEDINA MATA contra los ciudadanos EZZI OUSAMAH y CARLOS JOSE MENDOZA.
