D I S P O S I T I V A Por los razonamientos antes expuestos, este JUZGADO SEGUNDO DE PRIMERA INSTANCIA EN LO CIVIL, MERCANTIL, AGRARIO, TRÁNSITO Y BANCARIO DEL PRIMER CIRCUITO DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCIÓN JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO SUCRE, administrando justicia en nombre de la República Bolivariana de Venezuela y por autoridad de la Ley, de conformidad con lo establecido en los artículos 12 y 243 del Código de Procedimiento Civil, declara: SIN LUGAR la demanda que por motivo de RESOLUCIÓN DE CONTRATO DE OPCIÓN DE COMPRA-VENTA a sido incoada por la Sociedad Mercantil, TECNICAS FIBRAS VENEZOLANAS, C.A. en contra la Sociedad Mercantil, FERROSCAR,CA; ambas partes identificadas en el presente fallo.
