En merito de lo expuesto este TRIBUNAL SEGUNDO DE PRIMERA INSTANCIA DE JUICIO DEL TRABAJO DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCIÓN JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO SUCRE, administrando justicia y por autoridad de la Ley, declara: PRIMERO: CON LUGAR la demanda interpuesta por el ciudadano JUAN RAIMUNDO GÓMEZ BRITO, titular de la cedula de identidad Nº V-11.013.676, en contra de Fundasalud Sucre .
