Este JUZGADO SEGUNDO DE PRIMERA INSTANCIA DE JUICIO DEL TRABAJO DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCIÓN JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO SUCRE, administrando justicia en nombre de la República Bolivariana de Venezuela, y por Autoridad de la Ley, declara: PRIMERO: CON LUGAR la falta de cualidad alegada por PETROLEOS DE VENEZUELA,S.A. SEGUNDO: SIN LUGAR LA DEMANDA contra PETROLEOS DE VENEZUELA,S.A. TERCERO: CON LUGAR la acción interpuesta por los ciudadanos JORGE LUIS GARCIA BLANCO, JORGE RAMON GARCIA, y JORGE LEONARDO GARCIA BLANCO, titulares de la cedula de identidad Nros. V- 19.762.866, 9.125.807 y V- 18.580.060, respectivamente en contra de la Entidad de Trabajo PROYECTOS Y CONSTRUCCIONES RIOSTRA C.A CUARTO: PROCEDENTE el retiro justificado alegado por la parte actora QUINTO: Se ordena a la sociedad mercantil PROYECTOS Y CONSTRUCCIONES RIOSTRA C.A a cancelar a los ciudadanos JORGE LUIS GARCIA BLANCO, JORGE RAMON GARCIA, y JORGE LEONARDO GARCIA BLANCO, titulares de la cedula de identidad Nros......
