Por lo tanto, este JUZGADO DE LOS MUNICIPIOS SUCRE Y CRUZ SALMERÓN ACOSTA DEL PRIMER CIRCUITO DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCIÓN JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO SUCRE, Administrando Justicia, en nombre de la República Bolivariana de Venezuela y por Autoridad de la Ley, declara: CON LUGAR la demanda intentada por PASTOR LÓPEZ, por la pretensión de prescripción de la hipoteca que constituyó a favor de la CORPORACIÓN DE DESARROLLO DE LA REGIÓN NORORIENTAL, "CORPORIENTE" Instituto Autónomo, sobre el inmueble constituido por la casa distinguida con el N° 52 de la calle Rivero, Cumaná, en jurisdicción de la Parroquia Santa Inés, Municipio Sucre del Estado Sucre.
