Este JUZGADO SEGUNDO DE PRIMERA INSTANCIA DE JUICIO DEL TRABAJO DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCIÓN JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO SUCRE, administrando justicia en nombre de la República Bolivariana de Venezuela, y por Autoridad de la Ley, declara: PRIMERO: PARCIALMENTE CON LUGAR la demanda intentada por el ciudadano : MAURO DEL JESUS ALVAREZ HILARRAZA, asistido por el abogado en ejercicio JOSE JESUS ABREU ORTIZ, inscrito en el Inpreabogado bajo el Nº 84.206, en contra de la FUNDACIÓN PARA EL DESARROLLO DEPORTIVO DEL ESTADO SUCRE (FUNDESU), representada por su apoderado judicial, el abogado ENRIQUE LUIS MARVAL, inscrito en el Inpreabogado bajo el Nº 92.613, por concepto de COBRO DE PRESTACIONES SOCIALES, y DIFERENCIA DE SUELDO .
